PROGRAM:

1st day. Thessaloniki — Ouranoupoli

Arrival in Thessaloniki. Meeting at the airport, a group transfer to Ouranoupoli. Accommodation in hotel in two or three-bed room.

2nd day. Ouranoupoli — Holy Athos

6:00 — meeting with the guide at the port of Ouranoupoli. Buy diamonitirion (permission to stay on Athos) and tickets for the ferry.

6:30 — departure on the ferry to the Skete of Saint Anna.

9:30 — arrival to the port of Saint Anna. Ascent (40minutes) to the cell of Father Ioannis. Opportunity to meet with Father Ioannis (by agreement). Rest, overnight in the cell of Father Ioannis.

3rd day. Saint Athos

5:00 — ascent, light breakfast. Ascent to the top of the Holy Mountain (altitude of 2020 meters).

10:00 — the first stop, rest.

13:00 — the top of the Holy Mountain. Short prayer, rest.

15:00 — the beginning of the convergence to the cell of the Father Ioannis.

21:00 — cell of Father Ioannis. Dinner, overnight. The opportunity to confess and receive communion.

4th day. Saint Athos

8:00 — breakfast in the cell of Father Ioannis.

10:00 — departure from the port of Saint Anna to Ouranoupoli.

3:30 — arrival at the port of Ouranoupoli. Transfer to Thessaloniki. Hotel accommodation.

5th day. Thessaloniki — Airport

Breakfast in the hotel. Airport transfer. Departure.
